Project intake slots are limited and scheduled via our CRM. By reserving a slot, you commit to providing the necessary operational specifications and API credentials required to initialize development on time. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone slots if project specifications are insufficient.
All software engineering tracks operate on transparent flat-rate milestone pricing. Work begins upon receipt of the initial setup milestone payment and is delivered progressively. All invoices are handled securely via Stripe integrations.
Unless scoped otherwise in writing, upon full payment of the project milestones, the client receives full ownership rights and intellectual property licensing for the custom software, scrapers, and dashboard code engineered for their system.
VCode Ninja builds high-speed automation systems and LLM integrations. We are not liable for operational disruptions, data parsing updates on third-party sites, or API rate limitations imposed by third-party platforms (like OpenAI, Google, Stripe, etc.) once the system is deployed and signed off.
